Randomness

Commonplace “hi”, “how are you”, and other salutations are ok but I always enjoy something unique. I’m not a fan of “hey”. Consecutive, identical messages with exclamation marks are not particularly inspiring.

If you’ve just learned something new, please share. Tell me your top goal for the coming year. Have a passion for Japanese whisky (I like mine neat), horology (I like tourbillons) ,sneakers (I prefer heels), fountain pens (my penmanship is terrible but I had to have the Montegrappa Wonder Woman), or cars (I don’t have one) etc.? The more esoteric or unconventional the better. Locksports, hacking, “movement culture”, spiritual journeying…? Perfect! Whatever it is, I’d love to hear about it. Bonus points if I’ve never heard of it. Good etiquette is always in style but wouldn’t it be more fun to skip the small talk and mix up the monotony? It really makes my day whenever someone tells me about something not currently on my radar.

I’ll start. Right now, I’m curious what people bought on Black Friday. I ordered another smart Mysa thermostat, Airofit-a “respiratory muscle training” device, a HUGE heavy duty sports massager, and a bladed sweater/coat defuzzer. I also picked up two bags of DECIEM products to soothe my skin because a copper peptide solution I was trying out wreaked havoc. The products are actually doing something! Every November/December I have an inexplicable craving for chum salmon eggs. I had that for breakfast even though I usually don’t do breakfast. December is a time to get fit, especially since I’ve been over experimenting with my Air Fryer. (I love it because hard boiled eggs come out perfectly in 7 mins without the hassle of adding water.) I have one of those slightly dangerous all or nothing personalities. Later today, I’m hopping back on the Power Plate to get my circulation going because I went for a jog yesterday and everything hurts.

See? Random. Now you try.
